What’s New in Agiled and What’s Coming Next

We have been working hard since our Appsumo Launch. We have added tons of new features and improvements in Agiled.

We have already announced some of the new features in Agiled like

And now we are happy to announce even more updates. So, without any further delay let’s get to updates.

 

 

Here are all the recent updates.

1. Live Chat on Proposal, Contracts, and Estimates.

You can now communicate with your clients and close more deals by adding live chat on Contracts, Estimates, and Proposals.

We have added 14 live chat application integrations. Here is the list of integrations.

  • Intercom
  • Clickdesk
  • Gist
  • Crisp
  • Hubspot
  • Bold360
  • Jivo Chat
  • LiveChat
  • Tawk.to
  • Userlike
  • Zendesk
  • LiveAgent
  • Continually
  • Helpscout

You can also add any custom live chat script if you want.

 

2. Mollie Payment Gateway

For our EU customers, we have added Mollie Payment Gateway. You can now start accepting payments with Mollie on your invoices.

3. 5 New Languages

We have added 5 new languages support in our platform. These languages include

  • German
  • Italian
  • Dutch
  • Norwegian
  • Swedish

We were able to add these languages with the help of our community. We want to thank all those who helped.

4. Languages Improvement

We updated our already existing languages like French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
We will keep improving our translations from time to time with the help of our community.

5. New Invoice Templates

We added 5 new invoice templates in Agiled for our users. We are also working on adding more invoice templates and making it an invoice template library.

 

6. IP Tracking With Online Signature

Now user’s IP is tracked along with name and email while signing the contracts, proposals, and estimates. 

7. Custom Fields on Invoices & Estimates

Now you can add as many custom fields to invoices and estimates as you want.

8. Pabbly Connect Integration

Our Pabbly Connect integration is now available in the Pabbly Connect App Store with lots of triggers and actions.

9. Timesheet Invoices

You can now create timesheet invoices for the projects and tasks with just a few clicks. You can find the option to create a timesheet invoice from the timesheet page.

10. Time Tracking Endpoint in Public API

We have added time tracking endpoints to our public API. Now you can post time logs to Agiled via API. You can also make get calls to Agiled to retrieve timesheets.

11. Custom Fields in API

Our public API now supports custom fields. You can post custom field data while creating clients, leads, invoices, and estimates.

12. Email Design Customization

You can now customize the branding of the emails sent from your account. You can find this option in Settings -> Email templates.

13. HIPAA Compliance

We have now ensured HIPAA compliance, and have started signing BAA and DPA.

  1. I live in Office 365 world, are there any plans to integrate O365 into Agile? OneDrive is the first one that come to mind. You have Drive and Dropbox integration, why not throw in OneDrive as well?

  2. The only most imporat feature that I think its missing is the screen share option direct with the client or with the teams. So we don’t need to move out from the CRM. Or some how integration with Skype and fb messenger.
