Overview
Build your email marketing audiences from your Agiled CRM. Contacts sync to Mailchimp automatically, keeping your lists up to date without CSV exports. When campaigns are sent, open and click data flows back to Agiled so you can see which contacts engaged directly on their timeline.
Configure

Connect Mailchimp. Go to Settings > Apps in Agiled, click Mailchimp, and authorize with your Mailchimp credentials.

Map audiences. Select which Mailchimp audience your Agiled contacts should sync to. Map tags and segments.

Enable engagement tracking. Turn on campaign tracking to see email opens and clicks on Agiled contact timelines.

No. You still create and send campaigns in Mailchimp. Agiled handles the contact sync and engagement tracking.
Currently, the primary sync direction is Agiled to Mailchimp. Engagement data (opens, clicks) flows from Mailchimp back to Agiled.
Mailchimp automations work as usual. Contacts synced from Agiled can trigger Mailchimp automation workflows.
