How it started
A tool we wished existed.
Before Agiled, we ran a software agency. Like most service businesses, our days were split between a CRM for leads, a project tool for delivery, an invoicing app for billing, and a dozen spreadsheets stitching it all together. Context-switching was the default. Things fell through the cracks constantly.
We looked for one platform that could handle the full client lifecycle, from first lead to final invoice, without forcing us to glue five different products together. Nothing fit. So we started building.
What began as an internal tool quickly became something bigger. When we shared an early version, freelancers, consultants, and agencies told us they had the exact same problem. They started using it, giving feedback, and shaping what Agiled would become.
Today, over 16,000 businesses across 130+ countries use Agiled to manage their clients, projects, finances, documents, and automated workflows from one place. We're still a small, focused team, and we're still building.
