Overview
Connect Stripe to Agiled so clients can pay invoices with cards or ACH Direct Debit for eligible USD payments. Stripe collects bank authorization and verification. ACH payments remain pending until Stripe confirms success, then Agiled updates the payment and invoice records. Automatic recurring collection is not supported.
Configure

Connect your Stripe account. Go to Settings > Finance > Payment Gateways in Agiled and select Connect Stripe. Complete the Stripe authorization flow.

Configure payment settings. Choose your default currency, enable automatic payment reminders, and set up your invoice payment page branding.

Send invoices with payment links. Every invoice you send now includes a Pay Now button. Clients pay online, and Agiled records the payment automatically.
What you can do
One-click invoice payments
Clients receive invoices with a secure Stripe payment link. They pay with a card or, for eligible USD invoices, ACH Direct Debit. Bank payments update the invoice after confirmation.
Automatic reconciliation
When a payment lands in Stripe, Agiled marks the invoice as paid and updates your revenue reports. No spreadsheet matching.
Client portal payments
Clients can view outstanding invoices and pay them directly from their branded portal without leaving your site.
Recurring invoice generation
Generate invoices on a recurring schedule. Agiled does not automatically charge clients through this flow; clients pay each invoice using its payment link.

Yes. You'll need an active Stripe account. If you don't have one, you can create one for free at stripe.com and connect it to Agiled in minutes.
Agiled invoice checkout supports cards and ACH Direct Debit for eligible USD payments through US connected Stripe accounts with ACH enabled and the required capability active. Stripe collects bank authorization and verification. Bank payments remain pending until Stripe confirms success. SEPA is not supported on Agiled invoice payment pages. Other hosted checkout flows may offer different methods; verify the actual checkout before promising a payment method to clients.
No. Recurring invoices generate invoices on a schedule, and clients pay each invoice. Automatic sending does not debit a saved card or bank account. Agiled's recurring-invoice flow does not currently support automatic collection or recurring ACH debits.
Agiled does not charge extra for the Stripe app. Standard Stripe processing fees apply to each transaction.
Yes. Agiled supports partial payments. The remaining balance is tracked automatically until the invoice is fully paid.
