Configure

Connect your Twilio account. In Agiled settings, enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token to authorize the connection.

Set up your phone number. Choose a Twilio phone number to send messages from. This is the number clients will see.

Start messaging. Send SMS from contact profiles or set up automated messages triggered by Agiled events.

Twilio FAQ
Yes. You need an active Twilio account with a phone number provisioned for SMS. Twilio charges per message sent.
The app is designed for targeted and automated messaging. For bulk campaigns, consider using the email marketing apps alongside Twilio for SMS.
Currently, the integration supports SMS (text only). MMS support is planned for a future update.
