Overview
Move project work from Asana into Agiled through a one-way import. Choose the Asana workspace, import its active projects and tasks, and map Asana users to existing Agiled teammates by email. Re-running the same connection updates linked records; it does not send Agiled changes back to Asana.
Configure

Authorize Asana. In Agiled, go to Settings > Apps, click Asana, and authorize with your Asana credentials.

Choose a workspace. If your account belongs to more than one Asana workspace, select the workspace to import.

Run and review. Start the import, then review mapped projects, tasks, users, and the run summary in Agiled.

Structured project migration
Import active Asana projects with supported names, descriptions, and dates.

Import tasks into their matching projects with supported assignees, due dates, descriptions, and completion state.
Repeatable imports
Agiled links records to their Asana IDs so later runs update previously imported records.
Read-only Asana access
The integration requests only read access and never writes Agiled changes back to Asana.

FAQ
Asana FAQ
No. It is an import-only migration tool. Changes made in Agiled are not sent to Asana, and later Asana changes appear in Agiled only after another import run.
Agiled uses the saved Asana record IDs to update linked projects and tasks instead of creating another copy of those same linked records.
Archived projects, custom fields, comments, subtasks, dependencies, attachments, and other unsupported Asana data are not imported.
