Overview
Your development team works in Jira. Your operations team works in Agiled. This app keeps both in sync. Client requests in Agiled create Jira issues. Sprint progress in Jira updates task status in Agiled. Everyone sees progress without switching tools.
Configure

Authorize Jira. In Agiled, go to Settings > Apps, click Jira, and authorize with your Atlassian credentials.

Map projects. Select which Agiled projects connect to which Jira projects.

Map statuses. Define how Agiled task statuses correspond to Jira issue statuses and transitions.

Issue sync
Agiled tasks create Jira issues and vice versa. Status, priority, and assignee sync both ways.
Client-to-dev pipeline
Client requests in Agiled flow to Jira as issues. Dev completes, status updates in Agiled.

The integration supports Jira Cloud. Jira Server (self-hosted) is not currently supported.
Standard fields (status, priority, assignee, due date) sync automatically. Custom field mapping is available in the configuration.
The integration syncs at the issue level. Epic-to-project mapping is available. Story and sub-task sync depends on your project mapping.
