Overview
When a prospect books a Calendly meeting, Agiled picks it up automatically. New bookings create or update contacts, log the meeting on their timeline, and optionally create a deal. Your team sees every scheduled meeting in context without checking Calendly separately.
Configure

Connect Calendly. In Agiled, go to Settings > Apps, click Calendly, and authorize with your Calendly credentials.

Map event types. Choose which Calendly event types trigger contact creation, deal creation, or activity logging.

Set automation rules. Configure what happens when a booking is made: create contact, create deal, assign to team member.
